Registered Nurse (RN) - Radiology Augusta

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans to promote short and long-term outcomes. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate daily patient flow, deliver safe care according to policies, and maintain accurate documentation of assessments and incidents. Listen to patient concerns, serve as an educational resource on health issues, and communicate necessary information to families and providers to maintain satisfaction. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support shared governance through council service, and foster growth through mentorship and preceptorship. Maintain professional licenses including ACLS, BLS, and RN certification, while keeping current with research literature and industry best practices. Comply with all Wellstar Health System policies and standards of work.
