Registered Nurse (RN) - Pulmonary Stepdown Unit - Maryview Medical Center

Assess patient status, determine priorities, and develop care plans for patients transitioning from ICU to Med-Surg. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to administer medications safely, coordinate care across hospital departments, and evaluate treatment effectiveness. Act as a patient safety advocate by participating in ongoing quality improvement initiatives. Requires current state RN licensure, one year of RN experience, and acute care experience preferred. Evening shifts with a 36-hour schedule.
