Job Summary
Oversee daily nursing operations to ensure residents receive exceptional care, including administering medications, monitoring health status, and responding to emergency situations. Provide guidance to nursing staff, including CNAs, while maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate resident care and promote a safe, supportive environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska
- CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
