Job Summary
Part-time Night Shift RN in Med Surg Ortho at Shady Grove Medical Center. Responsibilities include educating patients and families through the continuum of care, serving as a role model and mentor to Level I nurses, developing a plan of care, identifying changes in patient condition, utilizing evidence-based practice and literature to inform care, and participating in change of practice based on evidence. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, NCLEX, and Maryland RN license; BLS (ACLS/PALS/NRP as required by specialty); 24 hrs/week with night shifts; competitive pay range. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Passing score on NCLEX
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience
- Current Maryland State nursing license
