Registered Nurse (RN), PT Days, Wkd - Oncology (Acute Care)

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practice for individualized patient care. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and timely documentation to ensure safe, high-quality care across the continuum. Partner with patients and families to set goals and provide just-in-time teaching while supporting performance improvement initiatives and shared governance activities. Mentor staff and students to build a qualified workforce and participate in protocol development to reduce re-admissions and adverse events. Complete mandatory education, competency assessments, and BLS certification requirements.
