Registered Nurse (RN), PT Days, Wkd - Oncology (Acute Care)

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practice. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care while partnering with patients and families for bedside reports, interdisciplinary rounds, and teaching. Coordinate safe quality care delivery through timely documentation and interdisciplinary communication. Complete mandatory education, competency assessments, and serve as a preceptor or mentor to other nurses. Participate in performance improvement, research utilization, and shared governance activities to promote patient safety and best practice outcomes. Comply with all Wellstar Health System policies, standards of work, and code of conduct.
