Job Summary
RN Clinical Nurse (Oncology, Acute Care) for PT Day shifts at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital in GA. Responsible for following nursing process, delivering patient-centered care, coordinating with interdisciplinary team, providing education to patients/families, ensuring documentation and compliance with nursing standards, and participating in evidence-based practice and shared governance. Requires RN license (GA or compact), BLS, 5+ years of RN experience; associates/diploma/bachelor’s in nursing with associates/diploma preferred; 12-hour shifts across a bi-weekly schedule; emphasis on teamwork, care coordination, and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Nursing or Diploma Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
- RN license (Single State) or RN-COMPACT
- BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
- Minimum 5 years RN experience
- Strong English communication and computer skills
