Registered Nurse RN, Psychiatric / Behavioral Health Department -K3- Multiple Shifts/FTE Available

Assess, plan, delegate, and evaluate nursing care for a group of patients while serving as a primary or accountable nurse. Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease management, and safely administer medications per hospital policy. Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care, maintain relationships with patients and colleagues, and share responsibility for resource utilization. Actively participate in the Nursing Shared Governance Model, support improvement initiatives, and integrate research into practice. When assigned, perform duties related to the Charge Nurse or Shift Coordinator role and demonstrate leadership for group programming.
