Registered Nurse RN Psychiatric Adult

The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care per the department’s requirements and standards, in collaboration with medical providers and the care team. The RN assesses patient condition at admission and during shifts, performs procedures and documents care in the medical record, responds to patient requests, and helps coordinate a holistic treatment plan with a multidisciplinary team. The role also involves interfacing with community support systems to ensure ongoing care needs for specialized patient groups, and contributes to clinical outcomes consistent with the organization’s mission.
