Registered Nurse RN Psychiatric Adult

Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, identifying and reporting status changes. Perform procedures, monitor, or other functions as ordered, documenting care in the medical record. Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs to resolve them proactively. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver a holistic treatment plan. Serve as the interface between healthcare providers and community support systems to manage continuation of care for specialized patient groups. This role focuses on acute inpatient, day treatment, and community-based outpatient behavioral healthcare for adolescents, adults, and senior adults. Candidates must hold a Registered Nurse Diploma and obtain Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days.
