Job Summary
Provide psychiatric inpatient nursing care in a 19-bed Adult Behavioral Health Unit. Responsibilities include accurate patient assessments, initiating appropriate nursing interventions, crisis intervention and de-escalation, timely documentation of medical necessity in the medical record, and completion of QI assessments. Requires current state RN license and degree from an accredited nursing school; BLS within 30 days of hire, and ACLS/PALS within six months. Schedule is 3x12 (7a-7p) with rotating weekends/holidays; in-person role located in Wilson, NC. Opportunities include comprehensive benefits and growth support.
Required Qualifications

- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
