Registered Nurse RN - Psych Unit

Assess patients and develop individualized nursing care plans for behavioral health conditions. Administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic interventions while monitoring patient condition and documenting care in the EMR. Respond to psychiatric crises using de-escalation techniques and facilitate therapeutic groups with patient education. Implement seclusion and restraint procedures when clinically indicated and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team. Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and coping strategies to promote safety and recovery.
