Registered Nurse (RN) -Psych in Dartmouth,MA

Provide direct nursing care to patients with mental health, behavioral health, and substance use needs across ages 5 through geriatric. Assess patient conditions, monitor physical and emotional status, and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications safely, assist with crisis intervention, and maintain a therapeutic environment. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers while providing patient and family education. Accurately document assessments and interventions while following clinical standards. Work 40 hours per week with every other weekend availability.
