Assess patient status, determine priority of problems, and develop care plans to enhance outcomes for patients in the Progressive Care (Step down) unit. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team by conducting initial and ongoing assessments, analyzing data, implementing treatments, and evaluating effectiveness. Serve as the point of contact for care coordination across hospital departments while acting as a patient safety advocate for quality improvement. Administer medications safely in accordance with state practice and organizational policies. Work scheduled weekly hours of 36 on days.
