Registered Nurse (RN) Progressive Care Unit (PCU), FT Days

Conduct the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for patients in the Progressive Care Unit using evidence-based practice. Coordinate individualized care through interdisciplinary rounds and partnerships while documenting safely and maintaining timely records. Partner with patients and families to set goals and provide education, adapting service delivery to cultural diversity and population needs. Uphold Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act standards, TJC safety goals, and Wellstar policies while participating in performance improvement and shared governance activities. Mentor staff and students to ensure a qualified workforce and support recruitment and retention efforts within the team.
