Registered Nurse (RN)- Progressive Care Unit (PCU) FT DAY

Perform the nursing process using evidence-based practice, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for individualized patient care. Coordinate interdisciplinary communication through rounds and case reviews while documenting safe, quality care. Partner with patients and families to set goals and provide relationship-based care that respects cultural diversity. Uphold Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act standards and Wellstar safety absolutes, including TJC Patient Safety Goals. Mentor staff and students to foster a qualified workforce and promote performance improvement initiatives. Complete mandatory education and competency assessments to maintain clinical excellence.
