Registered Nurse (RN) - Progressive Care Unit (PCU) - Cincinnati Market Float Pool

Assess, analyze, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care following established standards while floating to various departments and sites within the Cincinnati market. Formulate and implement individualized plans of care for each patient, including interventions, evaluation of responses, and documentation. Participate in continuous quality improvement and act as a patient safety advocate by integrating evidence-based practices into care delivery. Coordinate nursing care and clinical decisions using best available evidence, utilizing the Epic Electronic Health Record. Perform assessments, manage medical equipment, and apply critical thinking skills to multi-task in acute care settings. Maintain flexibility for day-of staffing, travel assignments, and seasonal patterns across Tier 1, 2, or 3 site expectations.
