Registered Nurse (RN) Progressive Care

Provide direct patient care using the nursing process, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments. Monitor patient conditions, document care, and assist with activities of daily living such as hygiene, nutrition, and ambulation. Coordinate care across disciplines for transfers, discharges, and referrals while providing education to patients and families. Advocate for patient well-being and participate in performance improvement and continuing education. Maintain regular attendance and perform other duties as assigned in this full-time progressive care role.
