Job Summary
RN needed for weekend PRN homecare in Clinton, SC. Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) to identify and achieve patient goals; assessing physical, psychosocial, and environmental factors to develop a comprehensive care plan; collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure personal, medical, and rehabilitation care; educating patients and caregivers on health care and disease management and documenting ongoing needs; and delivering care in a home-care setting. Requires an unencumbered current RN license and at least 1 year of RN experience; benefits include competitive wages and a range of insurance/options. Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- Unencumbered current Registered Nurse license in the state where the HomeCare agency is located or compact state, if applicable
- Minimum one (1) year experience as a RN / professional nurse
