Registered Nurse (RN) - PRN/Per Diem

Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit and perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments. Interpret assessment and diagnostic data including labs and telemetry, ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately. Provide timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems while maintaining competence in Rapid Response and code events. Instruct and counsel patients and families, performing other duties as assigned. Work 12-hour shifts in days or nights at Regency Hospital - Florence with a sign-on bonus for nights.
