Registered Nurse (RN) - PRN/Per Diem Days

Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit, perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments, and ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately. Interpret assessment and diagnostic data including labs and telemetry, provide timely documentation using appropriate systems, and demonstrate competence in Rapid Response and code events. Instruct and counsel patients and families while performing other duties as assigned. This Registered Nurse role operates on a day shift from 7am to 7pm at Regency Hospital - Upstate, a critical illness recovery hospital committed to providing inpatient post-ICU services to chronic, critically ill patients.
