Registered Nurse (RN) - PRN

Assess patient problems and needs in the inpatient or procedural areas, then analyze data to determine actual or potential issues and communicate concerns to providers. Administer oral and IV medications, conduct nocturnal oximetry studies, perform telephone triage, manage medication refills, monitor post-procedure patients, and coordinate care across departments. Deliver individualized care that reflects cultural, spiritual, intellectual, age, educational, and psychosocial differences while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate smooth workflows. Provide patient education, document care in EMR, and participate in Code Blue response teams as needed.
