Registered Nurse (RN) - PRN Nights | Westover Hills Rehab

Deliver, direct, and supervise patient care to admitted nursing unit residents under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer, Nurse Manager, or Charge Nurse. Utilize the nursing process to plan, coordinate, and provide interdisciplinary care, including discharge planning, patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization, and accessing community resources. Perform assigned duties such as Charge Nurse responsibilities, requiring current ACLS certification. Maintain current RN licensure and BLS certification, with ACLS certification required within 90 days of employment. This role supports the mission of PAM Health to provide compassionate, expert post-acute care across its network of locations.
