Registered Nurse (RN) PRN Nights

RN (Registered Nurse) PRN Nights role providing direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process (Assessment, Planning, Intervention, Evaluation). Develops patient care plans with patient/family and interdisciplinary staff; communicates changes in clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers; participates in discharge planning. Requires current RN licensure and BLS certification. Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.
