Job Summary
Deliver, coordinate, and supervise patient care on the nursing unit under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer, Nurse Manager, or Charge Nurse. Implement the nursing process to include interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization, and accessing community resources. Maintain current RN licensure, BLS certification, and ACLS certification (required for Charge Nurses) within 90 days of employment. One year of inpatient medical-surgical experience is preferred. Hourly rate ranges from $56 to $58, with potential shift differentials up to $6/hour. Flexible scheduling is available for this PRN night role at PAM Health, a provider of specialty post-acute services across 17 states.
Required Qualifications
- current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if state participates
- Current BLS certification
- Evidence of ACLS certification within 90 days of employment
- BLS and ACLS certifications must be AHA approved within 90 days of employment
- Current ACLS certification (for Charge Nurses)

- One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience
