Registered Nurse (RN) PRN Nights

Job Summary
Provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. Develops nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff. Communicates changes in patient’s clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate. Participates in discharge planning process. Must hold current state RN licensure and BLS certification. Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, time management, prioritization, analytical and critical thinking skills; detail-oriented with ability to meet strict time frames. Required Qualifications
- Current state licensure as an Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable
