Registered Nurse (RN) PRN II 3B Medsurg

Provides direct and indirect patient care in the MedSurg setting and collaborates with physicians, leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes. Administers medications as prescribed, conducts patient education, develops and evaluates teaching plans with family involvement, and assists physicians with procedures. Navigates psychosocial needs, ensures patient safety, and demonstrates lifelong learning in nursing. Requires RN licensure and BLS within 14 days of hire; ACLS/PALS are preferred. This PRN position is based in Jackson, MS, with in-person shifts and a focus on high-quality, compassionate care.
