Job Summary
Complete skilled nursing visits in patient homes, performing assessments, monitoring condition changes, and providing wound care, medication education, and disease management as ordered. Review physician orders and individualized care plans, then educate patients and caregivers on safety and treatment protocols. Communicate patient updates and concerns to the interdisciplinary care team and physician while maintaining accurate, timely documentation in accordance with agency, state, and federal home health requirements. Ensure compliance with AHCA regulations and Florida home health standards. Maintain an active Florida RN license and valid driver's license. PRN flexible scheduling with competitive per-visit rates and weekly pay.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida Registered Nurse license
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Auto insurance
- Ability to work independently in the home setting
- Comfortable traveling within assigned service areas
