Job Summary
Deliver, direct, and supervise patient care to admitted nursing unit patients while utilizing the nursing process. Plan, coordinate, and provide interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, and patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization. Access community resources as assigned, including Charge Nurse duties requiring ACLS certification. Report to the Chief Nursing Officer, Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager, or Charge Nurse. Maintain current RN licensure in the state of employment, plus BLS and ACLS certifications within 90 days. Work as a PRN nurse at PAM Health's Tulsa LTACH location.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if state participates
- Current BLS certification
- Evidence of ACLS certification within 90 days of employment
- BLS and ACLS certifications must be AHA approved within 90 days of employment
- Current ACLS certification for Charge Nurses
Desired Qualifications
- One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience
