Job Summary
Deliver, direct, and supervise patient care to admitted units while utilizing the nursing process for interdisciplinary planning, discharge coordination, and family teaching. Access community resources and perform assigned duties including Charge Nurse responsibilities, which require ACLS certification. Schedule is PRN days. Requires current RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS certifications within 90 days of employment. One year of inpatient medical-surgical experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if state participates
- Current BLS certification
- AHA approved BLS certification
- AHA approved ACLS certification
- ACLS certification within 90 days of employment
Desired Qualifications
- One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience
