Registered Nurse (RN) - PRN

Provide symptom relief and support with empathy, bravery, and skill as part of our after-hours response team dedicated to delivering comfort during vulnerable times. Administer medical care while exceeding expectations to honor patient wishes and ensure dignity and tranquility in their final days. Create meaningful moments for patients and families by helping them navigate this challenging journey. Maintain active unencumbered state RN licensure, two years of prior skilled nursing experience, and preferred home health or hospice experience. Hold current driver's license, auto liability coverage, CPR certification, TB results, and an updated physical. Offer PRN availability for weekend and evening shifts.
