Registered Nurse (RN)- PRN

Evaluate and deliver care including medication administration, treatments, and activities of daily care as ordered by physicians and outlined in the plan of care. Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident activity and ensure quality care based on professional standards and facility policies. Communicate with residents, family members, physicians, and supervisors regarding resident status while maintaining up-to-date and accurate medical records during tour of duty on the assigned unit. This PRN role offers day and night shifts at Sunplex Subactive Center, a facility dedicated to reconnecting people to life through personalized care. A Registered Nurse license in good standing and BLS certification are required, with previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
