Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment, administer medications and treatments, monitor and respond to changes in resident conditions, collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, providers, and other team members to ensure quality care and safety, document care to regulatory standards, and follow infection control and safety protocols. Requires a valid Iowa RN license (or ability to activate) and CPR certification; shifts include PRN 6AM-6PM or 6PM-6AM in Montezuma, IA.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in good standing (Iowa) or ability to activate
- Current CPR Certification
- Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws
