Registered Nurse (RN) PRN

Assess patients' physical and behavioral health needs, develop nursing care plans, and maintain medical records while educating families on various conditions. Administer medications accurately, document controlled substance counts, and ensure physicians' verbal orders are transcribed appropriately. Notify physicians of significant status changes, complete admission and discharge processing, and demonstrate universal precautions during direct care. Maintain professional boundaries, exhibit therapeutic rapport, and coordinate unit activities as directed. Communicate professionally with patients, visitors, and co-workers. Night and weekend shifts available; one year of nursing experience required with CPR and de-escalation certification.
