Registered Nurse (RN) - PRN

Provide and coordinate care by assessing patients' physical and behavioral health needs and developing nursing care plans. Maintain medical records, educate patients and families, and accurately administer medications while documenting controlled substance counts. Notify physicians of significant status changes, ensure verbal orders are transcribed appropriately, and complete admission and discharge processing. Demonstrate knowledge of universal precautions, exhibit therapeutic rapport with patients, and communicate professionally with co-workers and visitors. Work PRN days and night shifts from 7:00 to 7:00 with evening and weekend differentials available.
