Job Summary
Provide skilled registered nursing care in a home health setting for medically fragile children and young adults; administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies; perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations; deliver care in accordance with physician orders and plan of care; coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams; educate patients and family members to support improved outcomes; implement preventive measures to ensure patient safety and quality care; respond appropriately to changes in patient condition; flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, and PRN options; days, nights, and weekend shifts available; training provided for new graduates.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (state of Colorado)
- Ability to provide care in a home environment
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Preferred: Pediatric or home health experience
- New Registered Nurse (RN) Graduates Welcome – Training Provided!
- Schedule & Flexibility: Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities
- 8, 10, 12, or 16-hour shifts available
