Job Summary
Provide skilled registered nursing care for medically fragile children and young adults in their homes. Perform ongoing patient assessments, administer prescribed medications and therapies, and deliver care according to physician orders. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, educate families to support improved outcomes, and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition. Full-time, part-time, and PRN options available with flexible scheduling including 8, 10, 12, or 16-hour shifts. Pay range $35-$38/hour. Active, unrestricted Colorado RN license required; pediatric or high-acuity experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (state of Colorado)
- Ability to provide care in a home environment
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Desired Qualifications
- Pediatric or home health experience
- Experience with high-acuity care (trach, vent, G-tube)
