Job Summary
Private-duty RN role providing one-on-one nursing care for a single client in a home/private setting in Manhattan. Responsibilities include administering medications, G-tube feeding, wound care, IV/PICC management, mobility/transfers (including mechanical lifts), and end-of-life support as needed. Document care and communicate with care coordinators and family; assignments may be short-term or ongoing with flexible scheduling based on nurse availability. Requires strong clinical assessment, sound judgment, professional bedside manner, and patient-focused care. Compensation is hourly ($70–$100) with weekly pay and flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Active New York State RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of hospital nursing experience
- BLS certification
