Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans while providing compassionate nursing care. Administer medications and treatments, perform diagnostic tests, and analyze results. Educate patients and families on health issues, create accurate patient records, and collaborate with physicians and therapists. Conduct research to improve healthcare practices and ensure compliance with regulations. Maintain a safe and clean working environment. This daytime shift role supports home care and developmental disability services in New Jersey for individuals requiring activities of daily living, personal care, and clinical support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Valid RN license
- Proven experience as a registered nurse
- Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (e.g., sanitation, decontamination, etc.)
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
- Compassionate and friendly demeanor
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Strong ethical and moral standards
- BLS/CPR certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
