Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) needed for Full-Time Night shift in the Medical Department at Ulster County Jail in Kingston, NY. Responsibilities include ensuring nursing care compliance with established standards, conducting sick calls, providing treatment per protocol, monitoring vital signs and documenting findings, maintaining accurate records for controlled substances and sharps, coordinating with Health Services Administrator/Nurse Supervisor, and assisting with monthly staff meetings. On-the-job orientation/shadowing during the initial period. $20,000 sign-on bonus for FT. Requires NY RN license and ability to work in a secure, jail setting.
