Registered Nurse RN

Deliver bedside nursing care across medical-surgical, telemetry, step-down, rehab, and long-term care settings as assigned by Premiere Healthcare Staffing; perform comprehensive patient assessments, administer IV and oral medications, manage lines and drains, provide wound care and respiratory support, participate in interdisciplinary rounds, contribute to discharge planning, and coordinate care transitions to support continuity and reduce readmissions. Maintain clinical judgment, uphold patient safety and infection control standards, document care in the electronic medical record, and educate patients and families about diagnoses, procedures, medications, and discharge instructions in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
