Registered Nurse (RN)

Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department during night shift, including triage, assessment, monitoring, and interventions. Monitor patient condition, vital signs, and telemetry; respond rapidly to changes. Communicate patient status, diagnostic results, and treatment plans with physicians and the care team. Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency interventions per orders and protocols. Supervise and coordinate LVNs/LPNs and nursing assistants as needed. Maintain accurate EMR documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards. Ensure EMTALA compliance and report suspected abuse to appropriate agencies. Participate in emergency response, trauma resuscitation, and critical care stabilization. Support patient safety initiatives and evidence-based emergency nursing practices. Requires current state RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC, and one year of acute care ER experience. BSN and CEN certification preferred.
