Registered Nurse (RN) - Pre Procedure Phase II (PRN)

Assess patients prior to admission via phone or in person, collecting medical history from previous records. Coordinate patient needs with the anesthesia department and perform direct patient care activities for all age groups. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in accordance with established hospital policies and standards under the direct supervision of the ASU Nurse Manager. This PRN role supports the Ambulatory Surgery Unit's 28-bed prep and 32-bed outpatient areas for pediatric and adult postoperative care.
