Registered Nurse (RN) - Post Surgical

Conduct post-surgical nursing care for patients with complex medical disorders, managing IV placement, blood draws, and wound care. Perform tracheostomy care, NG/PEG tube management, and drain monitoring while utilizing critical thinking and delegation skills. Float across Oncology, Telemetry, Orthopedic, Trauma Step Down, and General Medicine units, collaborating with LPNs, PCNAs, and providers.
