Job Summary
Provide direct patient care using the nursing process, administering medications, collecting specimens, and performing clinical treatments. Monitor and communicate patient conditions to the care team, physician, and family while assisting with activities of daily living such as hygiene, nutrition, and ambulation. Document all care provided and collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient transfers, discharge planning, and referrals. Evaluate learning needs for patients and families to deliver appropriate education. Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the population. Requires a current Tennessee or compact RN license, associate's degree, and BLS certification within 30 days. One year of experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- current Tennessee or compact state RN license
- associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire

- licensed Registered Nurse with the State of Tennessee
- licensed Registered Nurse from a Compact State with proper Tennessee paperwork filed within 30 days of hire
