Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, administer medications, and monitor residents while ensuring person-centered care for older adults in short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing settings. Manage documentation and fulfill all nurse practice activities, including identifying and accepting responsibility for resident needs. Maintain confidentiality, exercise independent clinical judgment, and apply knowledge of state and federal regulations. Requires a licensed Registered Nurse in Wisconsin with active CPR and geriatric experience; PM shift differential applies.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin
- Active CPR
- Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics
- Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations
- Commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals
- Ability to relate well to all individuals
- Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions
