Job Summary
Assess, administer medications, monitor residents, and document care while ensuring person-centered services for older adults in short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing. Manage all nurse practice activities including state and federal regulatory compliance, independent clinical judgment, and confidentiality. Requires Wisconsin RN license, active CPR, geriatrics experience, and supervisory background. Full-time PM or NOC shifts with shift differentials, overtime pay after eight hours, and sign-on bonus available. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin
- Active CPR
- Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics
- Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations
- Commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals
- Ability to relate well to all individuals
- Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions
- Ability to adapt to change
