Job Summary
Deliver nursing care in a DoD clinical environment at Tinker Air Force Base, including patient assessments, medication administration, and support for diagnostic procedures. Perform clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, EKGs, and bladder catheterizations while operating specialized medical equipment. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to coordinate care, make referrals, and synthesize data for clinical decisions. Schedule is Monday through Friday from 0700 to 1600 with no overtime, holidays, or telework allowed. Requires a current unrestricted RN license, BLS certification, and at least two years of recent primary care experience. U.S. citizenship is mandatory for security clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Current unrestricted RN license
- Minimum of two (2) years of registered nursing experience in a primary care setting within the past five (5) years
- U.S. Citizen
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
- Current, full, active and unrestricted license as a registered nurse
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
- Documentation of required physical testing or a report of a physical examination
- Tuberculosis (TB) screening
- Documentation certifying health requirements such as immunizations, annual vaccinations, and physical examination
- Subject to a background and security investigation to include drug screening
- Good personal hygiene and a well-groomed and professional appearance IAW the policy at the place of performance
- ASN, BSN, or MSN Graduate from an accredited college, university or vocational nursing program approved by the appropriate State agency and accredited by one of the following: The National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC) or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE)
- Monday - Friday, 0700 - 1600
- No Overage, No OT
- Not required to work Holidays
- No Telework allowed

Desired Qualifications
- Recent registered nursing experience in a primary care or occupational medicine setting
- Previous experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) or Military Treatment Facility (MTF) environment
- Experience in occupational medicine, primary care, or ambulatory care settings
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and military healthcare operations
