Registered Nurse (RN) in PICU at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center on the Night shift in Grovetown/Augusta, GA. Full-time Nights, 36 Hours per week (3/12s) with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Provides nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care; collaborates with the patient care team; prioritizes patient flow and outcomes; supports patient/family-centered care; participates in performance improvement and professional development; maintains licenses and certifications; mentors and precepts other nurses as needed. Core responsibilities include patient care and care coordination, patient advocacy and satisfaction, performance improvement, and professional leadership. Requires associates or bachelor’s in nursing (preferred) with active RN licensure (multi-state or single-state) and BLS certification.
