Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) for PICU at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center in Augusta, GA, Night shift. Responsibilities include patient care and care coordination, patient advocacy and satisfaction, performance improvement, professional competency and growth, and professional leadership. Provide quality nursing services as part of the patient care team: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; maintain documentation; collaborate with other staff; uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards; mentor and precept other nurses; participate in shared governance. Requires nursing degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred), active RN license (single-state or multi-state compact), and BLS certification; nights, 36 hours/week with a $10,000 sign-on bonus available.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - Instructor or equivalent
- RN license (single-state) or multi-state compact
- All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated
